Our Rich History

1979

A landmark year in Saint John’s history, as the first nine holes of the golf course opened to the public, laying the foundation for a premier golfing experience.

1990's

During a significant phase of redevelopment, Saint John’s golf course was enhanced with an additional nine holes, culminating in the creation of the celebrated 27-hole championship course.

October 2000

The main buildings were transformed into The Inn at Saint John’s Conference Center, ushering in a new era as a premier venue for corporate gatherings, social events, wedding receptions, and Catholic celebrations.

January 2006

The Inn at Saint John’s Hotel and Five Steakhouse officially opened, unveiling 118 luxurious guest rooms, a sophisticated fine dining steakhouse, an elegant bar and lounge, and premier in-room dining services.

December 2005

The Grand Ballroom was unveiled, offering space for up to 450 guests. This transformative period also introduced stately Romanesque architectural enhancements, two grand ballrooms with soaring 25-foot ceilings and hand-painted inlays, a two-story Atrium room, and twenty-two elegant meeting rooms featuring exterior windows.
